  • A 45-60 minute virtual nutrition session via phone, Skype or Face Time
  • We listen to you. We learn about you and why you need help
  • We evaluate your food intake and design a realistic and workable nutritional program
  • We include nutritional guidelines, meal ideas, and your personalized meal plan
  • We cover meal preparation tips and recipes
  • We help you address underlying hormonal or gut issues that may be contributing to cravings and excess weight gain
  • We discuss your trigger points, to help you loosen your grip on self-sabotaging food habits

How It Works

  • We support you as you transition to a healthier food regime
  • We hold your hand, virtually, every day
  • For the first 2 weeks, daily support via text and calls
  • Thereafter, daily, semi-weekly or weekly support, as per your needs, to help keep you on track
  • We continue to help you with food selection and preparation, including grocery shopping tips and recipes
