Our “Brunch & Learn” is taking place on Saturday June 1, 2019 from
10:00 AM-11:30 AM at our Woodbridge location.

The workshop will be demonstrating some healthy gluten free and vegan recipes featuring chickpeas. This simple bean is not just for hummus and there are lots of creative ways you can incorporate it into your plant-based dishes to add more protein and fiber. Of course, there will also be breakfast! Here’s our tentative menu so far:

  • A Protein Smoothie (with a not-so-secret ingredient)
  • A caffeine-free plant based latté (your choice of dandelion coffee, chai or turmeric)-hot or iced
  • Seasonal fruits, coconut yoghurt and granola
  • Gluten Free & Vegan Crêpes served with your choice of toppings (homemade “Nutella”, cashew cream, fresh berries, bananas, other seasonal fruits)
On top of your breakfast, you will also get to taste some of the recipes we demonstrate and you can take home leftovers to share with your family and friends (we will provide containers.) All the recipes we demonstrate will be provided to you so can make them on your own.

The cost for the workshop is $150.
